Salad herbs from own organic cultivation - combined with natural finish sea salt and a large variety of herbs such as: wild chives, parsely, garden lovage, lemon thyme, garden sorrel and salvia. The sea salt we use comes from the Dead Sea of Israel, and has not been refined or blanched, so that it contains all natural minerals and oligo elements which it is rich in originally, and was created under quite unique climatic circumastances. Gives to salads, sauces, fish and meat meals a remarkable aromatic herb taste.

Tipp: Try out our favourite saison loose leaf lettuce (corn salad, rocket, lollo rosso, etc.), beetroot (uncooked and in cut into small pieces), carrotts (grate), corn, avocado, mozzarella (cut into slices), alternativley warm goat cheese, and caramelized walnuts.
Dressing: Olive oil (extra vergin) juice of one lemon, mild mustard, ginger (grated or squashed) smidge of unfiltered apple juice, pepper (freshly ground) and herbal salt from the Allgäu region - following your taste. Delicious, nourishes and is really beautiful to look at...
