Some of you may know that I studied design and interior design/space planning before my time as a fitness & beauty entrepreneur, so I am particularly pleased that I have found a property in Casa Sole where I can fully express my imagination and creativity again could live out.
Awakened from its slumber, I brought the little borgo up to date in terms of ecological building with two old stone houses CASA LUNA & CASA SOLE! The roofs were insulated with sheep's wool, all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, which ensures cozy warmth even in winter thanks to the photovoltaic system and heat pump, the warm water is generated exclusively by our solar panels and last but not least the thick, ancient stone walls are the best Energy storage because they warm in winter and cool in summer.
The heart of CASA SOLE is the spacious dining room on the ground floor with an open fireplace, a professionally equipped MIELE kitchen (delighted not only by gourmets and professional chefs), and direct exit to the garden/dining area with an old fig tree.
The kitchen is equipped with 3 ovens (including MChef Dialog oven), microwave, integrated espresso machine, large cooking block with 5 electric plates, wok cooker, gas hobs and many cupboards and drawers with well-stocked crockery.The old, massive workbench in the dining room offers space for 8 people and is the perfect place to eat and drink together by the open fireplace - from dinner celebrations & show cooking with a private chef, wine tastings or just for long conversations with good friends.
A small library is well equipped with a fireplace and a large selection of books in German and English on a wide variety of topics (cooking, architecture, design, wellness, beauty, travel, etc.). Everywhere in the house there are unusual art and design pieces, antique and new, so our complete lighting concept with hand-made lamps from the Brokis, Linea Light and Axel Meise collections was carefully chosen.
On the ground floor, next to the kitchen, there is the age-appropriate, open-plan luxury double room, with its own entrance from the courtyard and walk-in shower.On the 1st floor there is the master suite with its own entrance via the stairs, starting from the inner courtyard, large living area, bedroom with free-standing bathtub, bathroom en suite and direct exit to the garden and salt water pool.There is also a delightful single room with a free-standing bathtub, spacious bathroom and direct exit to your own 40sqm east terraceOn the 2nd floor is the Junior Suite with an open living/sleeping area and spacious bathroom - all under an open, 5m high roof structure (loft).
All bathrooms (Antonio Lupi) are equipped with walk-in showers, toilets and bidets as well as handcrafted wooden furniture.On each of the two mezzanine floors there is a pool house (direct access from the salt water pool) with a spacious shower and another room with a built-in cupboard and sink.
Casa Sole is surrounded by 4 generously sized terraces from the east (with sunrise and perfect for yoga lessons in the morning), to the south (inner courtyard) and a large south/west terrace with an 11m x 3m saltwater pool (opening March 2024) and picturesque sunsets for aperitivo in the evening.
