Casa Stella & Casa Stellina - Cessole (Piemont/Italy)

In the middle of the green hills, the wine (Moscato) and hazelnut cultivation of the Langa, between Cessole, Santo Stefano Belbo and Loazzolo, these two prestigious properties stand in a secluded location, consisting of a large L-shaped farmhouse made of authentic Langa stone and a small farmhouse, both with unobstructed views of the valley, hills and forests and the Italian Alps.

The country house was already partially renovated in 2000 respecting the original structure and includes the main house on two levels, a part previously used as a barn and stable, as well as some warehouse/barn areas for storing tools.

The property covers 8 hectares of conjoined land, consisting of 2 hectares of Moscato d'Asti, 1.5 hectares of hazelnut groves, meadows and woods.
The house has electricity, water (communal) and its own well.

The small farmhouse will be completely gutted and rebuilt as a super modern house. An approximately 3 km long private road leads directly to the two houses.

Both properties are surrounded by absolute peace and untouched nature.

Renovation start: autumn 2024
